Returns
We offer an exclusive 24-hour return policy. This means you must submit a return request within 24 hours of the product delivery. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The customer provides a genuine unboxing video of the product.
- The product is in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Your return/refund request will be examined by our team and within 24 hours you will get an update.
If you request is approved your return will be initiated and out delivery partner will reach you and pick the product up. Once the product reached to use, our team will check it and if everything found correct your exchange will be processed within next 24 working hours.
Please note that no returns will be accepted for products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed after deducting a ₹150 fee for shipping and reverse shipping charges. The refund will be issued using the original payment method or another method of your choice, as per the platform’s policy.

Non-Returnable Items
